Payments are to be made upfront each term for lessons. Failure to make payment by the due date specified on your termly invoice may result in your child’s place being made available to others.

If you hold a current concession card, you are entitled to our concession price (upfront payment only). Concession cards will be verified at each re-enrolment period in order to receive the concession price.

There are no credits or cash refunds for missed lessons.


Missed Lessons:

If your child or children are unable to attend their lesson, please notify us as soon as possible. This can be done by email, SMS (0408 515 952) or calling and leaving a phone message.

If the Swim School have been notified in advance (24 hours) and your full term fees have been paid, you are entitled to a makeup lesson. Please note that makeup lessons are only valid for the duration of the term of the cancelled lesson and are subject to availability. Make up lessons are capped at 3 per term.


Aqua Nappy Policy:

To ensure the highest possible water quality for our patrons, all children who are not toilet trained MUST wear a firmly fitting swimming nappy.

We reserve the right to ask any person that is not complying with this policy to exit the pool.


Change Rooms:

Children of primary school age (6 years) and older are not permitted in opposite gender change room under any circumstance.


Photography Policy:

Please seek permission from the Supervisor if you wish to take any photos in the centre.

Filming of swimming lessons is not permitted at any time.


Parental Supervision Policy:

Parents or carers must be in the centre for the entire duration of their child’s lesson.


Other Policies:

No food or drink is allowed in the pool hall (Water is permitted).

All rubbish must be taken home with you.

No running on pool deck.

Children may only enter the pool when they are in a lesson and must exit the pool directly after their lesson. No other person may enter the pool at any time.

CAULFIELD: No bare feet permitted in the facility. People entering the pool hall must wear plastic booties supplied at the pool entrance over their shoes. If the booties are not suitable (i.e. your children’s feet are too small), we recommend you bring a pair of ‘swimming shoes’ (i.e. thongs or Crocs) they can change into at the pool entrance. These are only to be used in the pool hall.

CAULFIELD: Nappies must be taken home to be discarded, not disposed in the bins at the facility.
